Exchange or Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Please shoot a video while unboxing for proof of delivery, If you receive a defective item, please contact us or WhatsApp on +91-8905888889 with details of the product and the defect within two days of delivery.

No Return, Exchange within 2 days of delivery if product is defective.

What is required from customer's side?

360-degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item. Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not issue the refund/return if:

  • You do not provide unboxing video of your product delivery.
  • Not reported on Same day of delivery.
  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or Courier Delays)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed due to Courier Services).
